Job Title: Material Handler
Pay: $22–$30/hour DOE
Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials, parts, and finished products to ensure materials are available when needed to meet production schedules. The Material Handler will assist with receiving, stocking, inventory tracking, and maintaining organized storage areas while supporting overall materials management functions.
This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a career in materials management, warehouse operations, or supply chain support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing movement of raw materials, parts, and finished goods
  • Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain organized storage areas and properly label materials
  • Support production teams by ensuring materials are available according to production schedules
  • Perform clerical duties related to materials management and inventory tracking
  • Compile and review data on order volume, production schedules, and material forecasts
  • Assist with inventory counts and compare physical inventory with system records
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors
  • Draft reports regarding production progress, inventory levels, and materials costs
  • Follow established procedures and safety guidelines in all warehouse activities
Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0–3 years of related experience in warehouse, materials handling, or production support, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
