We are looking for professional and personable internet/ BDC Representatives to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers, while assisting us in building and representing our brand. This is a ground-breaking opportunity, that if you take initiative, you can grow it into an amazing career.

EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably experience within the automotive industry, however we will train the right person for the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Contacting and communicating with customers while identifying their needs.
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network.
  • Answer internet leads in a timely manner by phone or email as well as video conversation. (sending videos to customers creates a more genuine relationship)
  • Reach goals and produce a high closing ratio on internet leads.
  • Answer sales phones calls and set appointments for clients.
  • Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills. Legible and clean on paper as well.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends depending on business needs.
  • Strong motivation and organization expertise with attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • The ability to meet or exceed all department key performance indicators that measure overall performance.
