Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations within the branch location, helping ensure efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, operational safety, and overall team productivity. This role provides frontline leadership and works closely with branch leadership to support warehouse processes, customer service, and operational goals.
This is a hands-on, entry-level leadership opportunity ideal for individuals looking to grow their experience in warehouse and operations management within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. The role is designed for motivated team leaders seeking to develop foundational leadership and operational management experience.
What you'll be doing:
  • Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, loading, shipping, and inventory movement
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, stock organization, and inventory accuracy
  • Help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
  • Provide day-to-day direction and support to warehouse team members while reinforcing safety and productivity expectations
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees through hands-on leadership and team support
  • Partner with branch leadership to support operational goals, customer needs, and overall warehouse performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and daily warehouse operations

Requirements
What you'll need to be successful:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
  • Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience in a warehouse or operational environment preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple operational needs
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred
  • Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred
