Service & Repair Representative I

Position Summary

The Service & Repair Representative I provides administrative, customer service, and technical support for service and repair operations. This entry-level position assists customers, technicians, and internal teams by processing service requests, maintaining repair documentation, coordinating job information, and supporting shop and field operations as needed. Working under close guidance, this role develops foundational knowledge of repair processes, quoting, and customer communication while building the skills needed for increased responsibility.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and repair activities
  • Process service requests and maintain accurate records within company systems
  • Provide customers with routine updates on repair status and estimated completion timelines
  • Assist with preparing repair quotations by gathering labor, material, and parts information
  • Support technicians by coordinating job paperwork and documentation
  • Enter job information accurately into ERP and business systems
  • Maintain service records, customer files, and repair documentation
  • Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal departments
  • Assist with inventory, parts identification, and material tracking
  • Provide labor support in the shop and field as business needs require
  • Learn company repair processes, pricing practices, and customer service standards
  • Escalate issues outside established procedures to appropriate leadership

What You'll Need
