Position Overview

Responsible for assigning freight loads, tracking shipments, and maintaining dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Salt Lake City candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently and assist in workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Assign freight loads and monitor shipment activity

Maintain operational records and detailed dispatch logs

Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays

Ensure workflow accuracy and compliance
