PAY RANGE: $19.00 to $25.00 / hour

This position provides an excellent opportunity to build your accounting skills while gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, inventory management, audits, and business operations. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will work alongside experienced team members and have opportunities for continued growth and advancement within the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform accounting and clerical duties that support accurate financial reporting and business operations.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with financial transaction processing.
  • Enter, organize, and maintain accurate information within the AgVance ERP system.
  • Assist with financial analysis, account entries, and preparation of reports.
  • Review records, identify discrepancies, and help resolve accounting errors.
  • Support audit preparation and maintain organized financial documentation.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, verification, and reconciliation processes.
  • Prepare reports required for business operations, government, and regulatory agencies.
  • Help ensure compliance with accounting standards, company procedures, and financial policies.
