Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive at the office.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone and in-person.
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with courteous and clear communication.
Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information as needed.
Assist with basic administrative tasks to support front office functions.
Collaborate with dental team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Salary Range

Full-time $26,100 - $32,700 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. โ€“ 5:00 p.m.

Requirements
  • Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)
