Job description

(EMUS) a member of the Ricoh family of companies, which has a rich history of environmental conservation, community involvement, and steady company growth.  ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc is part of a joint venture with Toshiba TEC (ETRIA Global website).  We are a leading provider of toner products at our facilities in Lawrenceville, GA.  Join our team to help create the best manufacturing company in the office printing industry. 

EMUS is seeking a truck driver for our Toner operation in Lawrenceville, working 10am-6:30pm.  The truck driver will run a local shuttle between our other local locations, transporting raw materials or finished products between locations (no hazardous chemicals will be included in the loads).

The Truck Driver will:

  • Operate a company commercial truck to transport material to and from specified local destinations.
  • Load and unload materials from truck.
  • Verify truck load to ensure conformance with shipping documents.
  • Maintain contact with supervisor to receive delivery or pickup instructions.
  • Check truck's equipment and supplies to ensure road worthiness. Notify supervisor of current or anticipated repair needs.
  • Maintain logs and records according to I.C.C. regulations, as required.

Follow well-defined procedures, receive, store and issues stock of plant materials and supplies. Checks incoming material against accompanying documents to determine
completeness and accuracy; keeps stock neat and orderly, fills requisitions and
maintains inventory records. Conducts cycle counts and monthly/term inventories, based on instructions. Completes receiving, shipment shortage, and damaged material reports.

Required:

  • Reads and writes numbers in decimals. Speaks and understands instructions in English.
  • Entry level computer skill required
  • A Class A commercial driver's license is required.
  • Forklift Experience
  • DOT certification
