Overview

We are hiring Production Assemblers (Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates) in Richmond, VA to support a fast-paced UPS production line. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking warehouse jobs, assembly jobs, or manufacturing careers with growth potential.

As a Production Assembler I, you will build high-quality products while meeting production goals, safety standards, and customer specifications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products using engineering drawings and work instructions

  • Meet daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines

  • Operate computer systems to track schedules and update job status

  • Perform Go/No-Go testing and basic quality inspections

  • Monitor parts and materials for defects during assembly

  • Support material handling and production line operations

  • Complete required documentation (production logs, quality records, reject tickets)

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams

  • Assist with training new employees

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Compensation & Benefits

    • 2nd Shift: +$3.00/hour

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
