MPI is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Machine Operators. We are proud to offer an excellent work environment where you are encouraged to grow, learn, and succeed. At MPI, we value initiative, teamwork, and a positive attitude. What we can offer you:
  • Starting wage of $17.00 per hour
  • Second shift premium of $1.10, OT shift premium of $1.65
  • Straight shifts, Monday thru Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:30
  • Two weeks vacation immediately.
  • Attendance bonus program which earns time off.
  • Medical, dental, vision insurance first of the month after 30-days.

  • 401k first of the month after 60-day, company match vested on day one.
  • $200 yearly for safety glass and safety shoes.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work from a height of 35 ft.

  • Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the work day
  • Ability to lift and carry 30lbs.
  • Dexterity in both hands
