Hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators | Peoria & Morton, IL $20 - $30/hr. 1st & 2nd shift

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll receive hands-on training and work with a variety of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery
  • Loading and unloading materials and finished products
  • Performing quality inspections and basic measurements
  • Reviewing work orders and production schedules
  • Entering production data into computer systems
  • Assisting with machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting
  • Safely operating material handling equipment, including forklifts (training available)
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Working with team members to meet production and quality goals
