At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is hiring a Business Systems Analyst II to join the Business Systems team. BSA roles can take different shapes at different companies; we are looking for a solid technical foundation paired with a real ability to understand user needs and make sound implementation decisions. Strong candidates are curious about how a business actually runs, comfortable learning a new platform quickly, and take genuine pride in owning the systems they run.
This role sits between Finance, Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics), Membership Services, and Engineering, helping the systems behind those teams scale with our rapid growth. You will work across our business systems landscape, from ERP and order management to CRM, support, and reporting tools, owning your projects from requirements through rollout, collaborating with other team members, and making the calls that move your projects forward.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own your projects end-to-end: scoping, build, testing, rollout, and the support that follows. You are accountable for the outcome, not just your piece of it.
  • Become the go-to owner for a set of business systems and processes, partnering with Finance, Operations, Member Services, and Engineering to deliver solutions.
  • Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for your system enhancements and projects.
  • Configure and administer business-critical platforms: workflows, custom objects, permissions, reports, and automations.
  • Build and support integrations between systems, in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Own and improve end-to-end processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, fulfillment, or member support workflows.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day system support: troubleshoot user issues and data errors and drive them to resolution.
  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing and lead change management for your rollouts.
  • Develop technical documentation, process guides, and training for end users.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, and see the ones you take on through to impact.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day NetSuite support: troubleshoot user issues and data errors and drive them to resolution.
  • Be hands-on using AI platforms and tools to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, prototype solutions, and increase team efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems administration, systems implementation.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and administering at least one business-critical platform (ERP, CRM, order management, or support).
  • Understanding of core finance or operations processes, and how data moves between systems.
  • Exposure to scripting, APIs, or automation tooling, with the appetite to go deeper.
  • Ability to translate business processes into system designs and technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical rigor.
  • Effective communication skills, collaborating well across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership and accountability, comfortable driving work forward with limited direction.
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
BONUS:
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or a comparable enterprise platform
  • Experience building or supporting integrations (middleware, iPaaS, APIs, or ETL tools)
  • Experience with SQL, reporting, or data analysis tools
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, POS, or related operational platforms
  • Familiarity with EDI workflows and partner integrations

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don't meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply!
