Summary:
Perform Systems Analyst dutes with ERP system and related cloud based applications with a concentration on after market sales and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review, analyze and modify ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, including testing, debugging, configuration and installing to support the organizations application system.
  • Support other application systems with new implementations, enhancements and monitoring, including cloud based systems associated with company's ERP system.
  • Create and modify reports and forms using report and form development tools.
  • Create and modify ERP windows and mobile applications.
  • Trouble shoot and solve user issues within system
  • Enhance and improve ERP and related cloud based systems efficiency.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with signaficant experience with ERP Systems.
  • Basic Maufacturing and After Market Sales and Service Business Knowledge.
  • Microsoft System knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL and SharePoint.
  • Must understanding software development, testing and support.
  • Must possess strong problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to initiate and participate in technical discussions on complex issues.

Prefered Experience:
  • Associates or Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or a computer related field
  • SAP ERP Experience, with Business Intelligence.
  • Ability to extract requirements from business rules and interaction with users.
  • Programming knowledge such as VB, VBA, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, JAVA, C++ or ABAP.
