Web Applications Programmer – Entry Level

Location: Tallahassee, Florida

Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Web Applications Programmer to support modernization initiatives, data analysis activities, reporting environments, and web-based application enhancements within a collaborative technology environment.

The ideal candidate will assist with gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting system enhancements, developing dashboards and reports, maintaining project documentation, and supporting web and data integration initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in application development, business analysis, and data visualization technologies who are eager to expand their technical expertise.


Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze data to identify business needs and system requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and develop functional specifications
  • Support communication and coordination across project teams to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Perform process modeling and assist with prototype development
  • Recommend workflow improvements and system enhancement opportunities
  • Design and support interactive dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration of multiple data sources
  • Monitor dashboard and system performance while addressing user feedback and enhancement requests
