Job Summary/Basic Function
Work alongside the IT Business Analyst on various development projects using Office 365 and Power Platform, in an experiential learning environment that will serve the needs of the campus community.
Specific Responsibilities
Work with the IT Business Analyst to plan, develop, document, and support digital transformation projects such as: forms automation, custom app development, and process analysis and improvement.
Work Schedule
20 hours per week during normal University business hours 8-4:30, can work with your class schedule

Currently enrolled in a graduate program in computer science, information systems, or a related field
Familiarity with O365 and Power Platform is a plus
Programming experience is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies and skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the IT Business Analyst to identify and document business requirements for development projects
Assist with the design, development, and implementation of solutions using O365 and Power Platform
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as needed
Participate in team meetings and project updates, and provide regular progress reports to the IT Business Analyst
Perform other duties as assigned
