We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our SAP team as an Associate SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) & Materials Management (MM) Analyst. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates interested in enterprise systems, manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and technology. The Associate Analyst will support the configuration, enhancement, testing, and day-to-day operation of SAP PM and MM solutions that enable maintenance, inventory, procurement, and supply chain business processes.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop SAP functional expertise while working closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.


SAP Application Support

  • Provide first-level support for SAP PM and MM users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to maintenance, inventory, purchasing, and materials management processes.
  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining SAP master data integrity.
  • Document support tickets, resolutions, and process improvements.

Business Process Analysis

  • Work with maintenance, procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to learn and understand end-to-end business processes related to:
    • Maintenance planning and execution
    • Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
    • Equipment and asset management
    • Inventory management
    • Procurement and purchasing
    • Warehouse and material movements
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements.

Project and Enhancement Activities

Participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.

  • Assist with developing test scripts and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support data migration and validation efforts during projects.
  • Collaborate with SAP developers and other functional teams.

Documentation & Training

  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Assist in conducting user training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Support change management initiatives related to SAP process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science or Related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.

Preferred

  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience involving ERP systems, supply chain, manufacturing, or maintenance operations.
  • Exposure to SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Understanding of procurement, inventory, maintenance, or warehouse processes.
  • Basic knowledge of database tables and Excel
