Job DescriptionOverview

AtkinsRealis is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to join our Industrial Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Chandler, AZ.

Your role
  • Supports senior scheduling staff with schedule duration loading and what-if scenario evaluations.
  • Review, develop, and update summary level as well as detailed schedules.
  • Review, develop, and manage milestones and review scope.
  • Monitor and report schedule deliverables on a recurring basis.
  • Inputs reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with task owners and/or teams.
  • Running analyses when needed to help stakeholders make key decisions on recovery
  • Review and identify tasks that do not meet the factory need dates and highlight to project team.
  • Integration of new and existing WBS based on agreed activity durations and logic.
  • Able to support supervisor with any schedule and/or program needs.
  • Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may deem necessary to support program needs.
  • Understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Microsoft Office.
About you
  • EXPERIENCE:
    • 0-2 Years of professional experience in a related technical field.
  • EDUCATION:
    • Completion of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • SPECIAL SKILLS:
    • Primavera experience is preferred, but not required if Excel skills are strong.
    • Must be able to analyze large data sets and understand float and how to tie scope.
    • Must be highly articulate, have clear and logical approach to problem solving, andstrong choice-making abilities.
    • Must have excellent communication skills.
    • Comfortable working in a high-change, fast-paced environment.
