About the Role

The Jr Software Developer plays an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that enhance clinic operations and improve the patient experience. This position is ideal for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to meaningful, mission-driven work. As a Jr Software Developer, you will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency at Pinnacle Fertility.

We are seeking a Jr Software Developer to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of internal software applications and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to implement front-end and back-end solutions that enhance clinic workflows and patient experiences.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices.
  • Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable application performance.
