Job Description
  • Collaborate with business managers and Subject Matter Experts to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support new business.
  • Interact with advanced business analysts and solution developers to communicate and validate requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports and user documentation.
  • Create process flow diagrams, Use cases, User stories, Acceptance Criteria from scratch
  • Work with project managers, developers, and end users to ensure application designs meet business requirements.
  • Implement and manage projects through Agile Scrum methodology for SDLC - covering from concept to production, including coaching and mentoring of the whole team.
  • Facilitate Joint Application development sessions for requirement gathering.

Qualifications
  • A bachelors or Masters in Business, Computer Science, technology, management or a related discipline is required.
  • Relevant work experience in Business Analysis with a strong focus on Information Technology projects is required.
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, product nurturing, SDLC, and agile solution delivery practices throughout the project life cycle is required.
  • Superior analytical skills to quickly understand how technical systems, business process and data management elements relate to one another and impact one another across business units.
