Position:            Assembler II 
Location:          Marietta, OH, 45750 
Duration:          12 Months 
Job Type:          Contract    
Work Type:      Onsite   
Shift Timings:  Monday to Friday 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment per company policy.
  • Review work orders for product specifications and requirements.
  • Visually inspect components and completed units during assembly for quality and accuracy.
  • Select and assemble parts in proper sequence using tools like drills, rivets, screws, braces, tape, etc.
  • Select and install appropriate sub-assemblies or components per design specifications.
  • Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components in cabinets according to specifications.
  • Use hand tools and equipment including: drill, rivet gun, saw, hy-pot tester, hacksaw, and drill press.
  • Complete assembly processes in the specified sequence.
  • Ensure the completed unit meets specified quality standards before moving to the next station.
  • Perform cabinet foaming per engineering specifications.
  • Clean immediate work area daily.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.  
Required Skills:

  • Experience using hand tools.
  • Ability to follow work instruction manuals.
  • General computer experience.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams and blueprints (SOE).
  • Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Electrical experience.
  • Hand tool experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • DIY project experience.
  • Comfortable with standing, bending, reaching, and handling bulky parts.
