JOB SUMMARY
The Web Content Analyst supports analysis on low to moderately complex customer business needs and supports web solutions that elevate customer experience and drives measurable business outcomes. This position is considered entry level and performs work of low complexity. The incumbent works under direct supervision and may take direction from a more senior team member.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with website enhancement projects (project management artifacts and documentation).
• Codes, debugs, tests, deploys, supports and documents low to moderately complex web user experience styling enhancements including browser compatibility, and accessibility
• Provides ongoing technical support to stakeholders.
• Drafts content using web and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices with stakeholders.
• Contributes to consistent implementation with adherence to security protocols and brand guidelines
• Supports contingency plans for websites to deliver mission critical, time-sensitive crisis communications requiring continuous operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, web design or in a related field, or commensurate specialized training, certification, or work experience
• Fundamental skills in content management systems, cascading style sheets, graphics composition, and visualization tools
• Fundamental critical thinking and data reporting skills
• Fundamental understanding and knowledge of user experience
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with business continuity practices, Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Section 508
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrate appropriate use of approved AI resources to support efficient task management
