Entry-level opportunity designed for individuals seeking to begin a career in IT support within state government. This role combines hands-on experience with structured training across multiple IT domains including software development, cybersecurity, networking, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT teams across cybersecurity, networking, database administration, and application development.
  • Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following established best practices.
  • Participate in Agile activities including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Follow IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
  • Troubleshoot software and system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
