Position Summary
As an AI Engineer on the Platform Product team, you'll build and deploy AI capabilities for our chat experiences, from model development through production integration. Entry-level role suited to a recent graduate with a foundation in applied AI/ML and software engineering.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Python with experience in an ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Git, and core ML fundamentals. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with NLP or conversational AI, chatbot platforms (e.g., Agentforce), cloud (Azure), and MLOps/CI-CD.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

The typical pay range for this role is:

$72,100.00 - $144,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
