ACME Manufacturing Company, Inc. is a growing Denver-based manufacturing and distribution company seeking an entry-level Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across production, logistics, purchasing and sales. This position has a starting salary range of $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually. The workweek for this position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday. This position will work on-site at our facility near I-70 and Monaco in Denver, CO. This role is designed as a training and development opportunity with multiple long-term career paths based on your strengths and interests.  The position will provide an excellent opportunity to develop creative analytical analysis and programs to help manage a growing company’s needs while being exposed to the activities within different departments. The selected person will be enthusiastic, hard-working and ready to deliver what’s promised.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This newly created position will have the opportunity to work across several departments, including logistics, sales, and production to provide data-driven insights and support decision making. Primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze data to support decision-making across operations, logistics, purchasing, and sales.
  • Partner with the Production Scheduler to generate and manage production tickets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Support logistics planning in collaboration with the Vice President of Logistics.
  • Assist the Sales team with complex customer quotes.
  • Contribute to purchasing analysis and inventory planning.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deliver on commitments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to solve problems.
  • Solid written communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing or operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or advanced coursework in a relevant field.
