Job description

Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to join our team.  Preferred location is Jacksonville, Florida, however, remote is an option with limited travel to the Jacksonville office.  **Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Must reside in one the following states to be considered:  Alabama, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia. 

The Integration Solutions Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion interfaces and related integration solutions across both business and clinical systems at Nemours. This role also leads the resolution of complex technical issues through advanced debugging, research, and investigation - in a high high-volume, enterprise-level integration environment.

The engineer will support nearly 300 integrations across Fusion HCM, Financials, SCM, and PPM using tools such as OIC, OTBI, BIP, HDL, BICC, SQL, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and ATP. 

This position plays a critical role in supporting HCM benefits administration, Financials period close activities, and timely issue resolution.

This position also requires a deep understanding of Nemours' custom solutions designed to meet complex business requirements for troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required.  A Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both technical and professional capabilities have been clearly demonstrated is required.
  • Application specific certifications must be acquired and maintained.
  • OIC Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform and knowledge of best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
  • Oracle SaaS Experience: Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM, or SCM integrations.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
