We have an immediate opening for an entry level, full time Customer Relationship Management position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The main duties include but are not limited to: Answering and returning phone calls, voicemails, and emails Receiving customers for repairs and sales Craigslist, E Bay, and Amazon posting and management Creating ads for POP and promotions Sales and repair lead follow up Database/ POS system updating In person, phone, and email customer service Front of house organization Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Systemization of maintenance responsibility delegation Maintaining a professional image and attitude Receiving and preparing shipments Accessory inventory management, restocking, pricing, and labeling Managing RMA for malfunctioning items Restocking of office supplies General errands and other tasks Special Skills, Experience, and Requirements: Experience and strong interest in Apple Macintosh hardware and software Strong sales and customer service background Exceptional organizational skills Proficiency of Apple Macintosh software and software configuration Proficiency of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 software, and Windows 8 configuration Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Knowledge of E Bay, Craigslist, PayPal, and Amazon CA state issued drivers license required Reliable transportation to and from work Must be able to lift 40 LBS Must be willing to work overtime to finish a job Passionate about helping people Passionate about technology, computers and learning new systems Drug and Alcohol Free (Must be able to pass a drug test and background check) This job is VERY dynamic and requires a great amount of professionalism and attention to detail.
