Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Technician to support our sales and production teams in a PCB manufacturing environment. This role focuses on assisting customers with orders, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication between customers and internal departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate or recent graduate looking to build a strong foundation in customer service within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support via email and phone
  • Assist with order entry, updates, and tracking to ensure timely delivery
  • Review customer-provided documents for completeness and follow up if information is missing
  • Communicate order status, changes, and any issues to customers and internal teams
  • Work closely with sales, production, and engineering teams to support customer needs
  • Help resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and general customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and updates in internal systems
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups, quotes, and general account support
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with ongoing process improvements
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics industry is a plus
