We are looking for qualified engineering candidates for our eMobility Experience Program beginning in July 2027. This program is based in Atlanta, GA.
This is a unique two-year full-time rotational program for ambitious, curious, and adaptable entry-level talent. This program provides you with a pathway to cultivate and lead an exciting career at Siemens. The program is structured as six, four-month rotations.
You'll make an impact by:
  • Rotating through a variety of functional areas including research and development, applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, sales engineering, test engineering, product and project management, procurement, product lifecycle management, quality, marketing, and other business functions across Siemens eMobility.
  • Supporting the design, development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of EV charging solutions, including hardware, software, connected products, power electronics, and digital technologies.
  • Contributing to innovative products and applications that help accelerate electric vehicle adoption and support a cleaner, safer, and more resilient energy future.
  • Applying engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills to real-world challenges while navigating evolving technologies, customer needs, and the dynamic EV charging landscape.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and Siemens customers while demonstrating attention to detail, commitment to quality, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering. Candidates must graduate between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
  • Demonstrated interest in EV technology, electrification, and sustainable transportation through coursework, projects, internships, extracurricular activities, research, or personal pursuits.
  • Hands-on experience with product development, prototyping, testing, validation, or evaluation activities.
  • Prior experience as a Siemens US intern in the Smart Infrastructure division.
  • Must be willing and able to relocate to Atlanta, GA and travel domestically and internationally as required by the program. Relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Agile methodologies to develop minimum viable products.
  • Experience with engineering design, product development, embedded systems, cloud-connected technologies, software development, simulation, electrical design, prototyping, testing, or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience working with connected products, IoT technologies, hardware and software systems, or product validation activities.
  • Flexible, versatile, self-motivated, resilient, innovative, driven to make an impact, and motivated by continuous learning and problem-solving.

The pay range for this position is $78,000.00 - $82,000.00 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
