Position Summary: The Supply Clerk is an entry-level supply team member who's responsible for receiving and accurately filling supply requests for all GFI customers and other branch locations.

Job Type: Full Time

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily Duties

โ€ข Accurately fill supplies requests for all GFI Customers and other branch locations

โ€ข Ship supplies on a daily basis

โ€ข Responsible for accurate supply inventories

โ€ข Confront and address all supply issues

โ€ข Receives supplies

โ€ข Rotate stock

Planning

โ€ข Meet with Parts/Supply Supervisor to order supplies for stock

โ€ข Work with the Purchasing Department to order supplies and get ETA's

โ€ข Weekly random inventory counts (Parts/Supply Supervisor will provide count sheets)

Customer Service

โ€ข Address all customer issues quickly, professionally, and without bias

โ€ข Assist the Service Department with customer issues

โ€ข Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times

โ€ข Maintain productive, professional relationships with all GFI employee, customers, and vendors

โ€ข Support all company policies and decisions

1. Knowledge: This position requires a basic knowledge of a warehouse environment. Must also have basic computer knowledge.
