Job Summary:
Katapult Network is designed to help college graduates with zero to two years of professional experience find their next professional career opportunity. They are currently recruiting an entry-level Computer Support Specialist to help manage a growing need for client consulting, overseeing the daily performance of computer systems and resolving user inquiries regarding software or hardware operation.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
โ€ข Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
โ€ข Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
โ€ข Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
โ€ข Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
โ€ข Add security or performance upgrades as needed
โ€ข Assist in training new Computer Support Specialists when instructed
