Job description

The IT Support Specialist is the subject matter expert on issues related to Information Technology, such as Equipment, POS Program, PC, Network, and provides principal technical support for all end users. This position collaborates cross-department to conduct first-level investigation and escalation; and delivers resolution for issues within Information Technology.

  • Have technical/diagnostic ability along with analytical ability to diagnose problems above basics and basic mechanical skills
  • Ability and desire to work as a member of a team and as a team of one
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to travel
  • Require to work on weekends, flexibility to work on early morning or late night shift

Job Duties

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software, and Network.
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically.
  • Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
  • Track customer issues and resolutions.
  • Support IT related projects.
  • New Store Initial Installation.
