Position: Cellular Services Tester (Entry Level / Training Provided)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Reporting to: Director, Roaming & Wholesale

Role:

  • The Cellular Services Tester works as part of the Roaming & Wholesale team, which is responsible for establishing, launching, and managing Limitless Mobile?s roaming and wholesale relationships with wireless carriers globally as well as supporting the related billing and revenue assurance processes.
  • This role is an entry level position in telecommunications. Training will be provided internally.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Testing of cellular services: phone calls, SMS, data, etc.
  • Troubleshooting of failed test scenarios
  • Communicatng with mobile network operators worldwide
  • Validating billing for test scenarios
  • Shipping and tracking of physical and eSIMs
  • Continuous Personal Development
    • Desire for continuous self-development and developing skills and expertise across the roaming and wholesale function.
    • By demonstrating ambition and learning this role provides opportunities for career progression into e.g. Roaming Coordinator and roles.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management
