About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, client‐facing Network Technician who enjoys helping people, learning new technologies, and taking ownership of their work. In this role, you’ll support and maintain our clients’ computers, servers, and networks while providing clear, professional communication to end users.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support for our clients’ networked devices in Microsoft‐based environments.
  • Handle user onboarding and offboarding in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
  • Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Install and support networking equipment (servers, firewalls, switches, backup devices, etc.).
  • Install and maintain workstations and laptops remotely and on-site at client locations.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve existing wired and wireless network systems.
  • Manage repairs and exchanges of defective devices.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance network design and connectivity.
  • Perform routine network maintenance and keep an accurate inventory of network equipment.
  • Support application installations and upgrades.
  • Keep network and system documentation up to date with all changes.
  • Interact with users and customers daily, providing friendly, reliable technical support.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with boardroom / meeting room devices (huddle rooms, Logitech Tap‐IP, Q‐SYS, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing IT support (helpdesk, desktop, or network support).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (required).
  • Fundamental understanding of networking, hardware, and software.
  • Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, Azure) are a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently as a self‐starter.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Professional, presentable, and comfortable working directly with clients.
