Part-Time Service Coordinator / Computer Lab Monitor
Greenville, PA | Affordable Family Housing Community | Approximately 100 Units
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and community-oriented Part-Time Service Coordinator to support residents at a family affordable housing community in Greenville, PA. This position combines traditional resident service coordination with supervision of our after-school computer lab program.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with families and children, communicates professionally, and is comfortable creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents.
Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with accessing community resources and supportive services
  • Maintain relationships with local service providers and agencies
  • Help coordinate resident programs, events, and educational opportunities
  • Maintain required documentation and resident records
  • Monitor and supervise the community computer lab during afternoon and after-school hours
  • Provide a safe, respectful, and structured environment for children and families using the lab
  • Report resident concerns or community issues to management as needed
  • Support positive resident engagement throughout the property
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a community setting
  • Experience in social services, education, property management, youth programming, or related fields preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and outside agencies
  • Background clearances may be required
Schedule
Part-time position with afternoon/after-school availability required.
