Job Description Our client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Technician to support our growing workforce. They are a rapidly growing industrial cooling systems manufacturer that has built a strong reputation for producing durable components that support essential industrial operations across multiple sectors. The IT Technician will provide frontline technical support for computer systems, networks, and end users.

This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues to ensure reliable and secure IT operations. IT Technician Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory, email, and business systems Set up new employees' equipment and assist with offboarding IT access Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors as needed Assist with routine system maintenance, backups, and security practices Support basic cybersecurity measures (patching, antivirus, MFA support) Provide clear communication and customer-focused support to end users IT Technician Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk role Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Mac experience a plus) Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Strong communication and customer service skills IT Technician Preferred Qualifications IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation Exposure to cybersecurity best practices.
