The IT Technical Support position provides technical assistance for hardware, software, systems, networks, and other technology-related concerns. The role supports troubleshooting, system maintenance, basic programming, and day-to-day technical operations while collaborating with employees across different business functions. Depending on business needs, the position may also support operational and warehouse activities.


Job Description

  • Provide technical support for computers, software, networks, systems, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
  • Assist users with technical concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Perform basic system configuration, maintenance, testing, and documentation.
  • Utilize basic coding and programming knowledge to support technical requirements and process improvements.
  • Maintain records of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Assist with system updates, software installations, and technology-related projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
