Role Summary

As an IT Admin Support Specialist, you provide front-line technical and administrative support that keeps the Credit Union’s teams productive and secure. This role exists to deliver timely assistance, maintain accurate technology records, and support reliable day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include responding to internal support requests; diagnosing routine hardware, software, and connectivity issues; setting up workstations and user access; coordinating with technology vendors; maintaining ticketing, asset, and inventory documentation; assisting with projects; and completing basic website/digital updates.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Foundational knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and common applications
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
- Clear verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Service-oriented, detail focused, and able to safeguard confidential access with integrity
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and WordPress; quick learner across new platforms
