As the detail-oriented and analytical Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist based in Arlington, VA location, you will collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and effective use of technology to support business objectives and be responsible for maintaining information systems, improving operational efficiency through technology solutions, generating reports, and supporting cross-functional business operations. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military and safety of our sailors.

Serco supports the organization's technology infrastructure, business systems, and data reporting functions. In this role, you will: * Manage and maintain organizational information systems and databases * Generate regular operational, financial, and performance reports * Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements * Monitor data integrity, security, and system performance * Support implementation and upgrades of enterprise software applications * Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams/vendors * Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership * Train employees on system usage and best practices * Assist with data migration, integration, and automation initiatives * Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and solutions To be successful in this role, you will have: * Ability to obtain and maintain your Secret clearance post-employment. * US Citizenship.

* Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. * A High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or an Associates degree and 2 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. * 1 year of experience.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and reporting tools. * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Ability to work a Hybrid schedule and be on-site at our Arlington, Virginia office three days a week. * Ability to travel 10% of the time.
