  • Provide technical support for business applications and technology solutions.
  • Perform daily and weekly processing activities within supported applications.

Education & Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or application-specific certifications are a plus.
