Job Description
POSITION: Desktop Support Engineer (St. Louis)
JOB TYPE: Direct hire
SALARY: OPEN (based on experience)
START DATE: IMMEDIATELY
Responds to requests for service incidents and provides on-site, in-house, and remote technical service support, installation, configuration and incident resolution in Macintosh & PC/network environments. Specialist provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment, as well as, diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
