Job description

Join Adecco as a Machine Operator and play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and on schedule. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hands-on individuals who take pride in quality work and want to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required—we’ll consider entry-level candidates who are ready to learn and contribute.

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll support daily manufacturing and shipment goals by completing a variety of assembly and production tasks, including:

  • Manual assembly of systems using torque drivers and hardware while meeting established production targets

  • Functional testing of completed systems in alignment with standard work processes

  • Material retrieval from flow racks and bin locations to support assembly needs

  • Back-flush transactions in computer systems to ensure accurate production tracking

  • Physical inventory counts in assigned areas to help maintain inventory accuracy

  • Workplace organization and cleanliness following 5S standards

  • Safety and security compliance, including proper use of required protective equipment and adherence to company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • No experience required—training and support provided

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical, hands-on work

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety

Pay & Schedule
  • Pay Rate: $17.60 – $18.40 per hour

  • Shift Options (Monday–Friday):

    • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Details: $17.60 to $18.40 per hour
