Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations and upgrades, and assisting clients with any technical queries they may have. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, and your expertise will help to foster long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Requirements

    • Provide technical assistance with regards to computer hardware and software issues
    • Provide on-site support as needed
    • Resolve client challenges remotely via phone, chat or email
    • Track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
    • Update and maintain client information or documentation in our systems

Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in IT
    • Previous Call center experience required
    • Managed Service provider experience preferred
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
