Summary

The Sales Enablement Analyst drives sales and marketing effectiveness through data analytics, process governance, and strategic project execution. This entry level role transforms sales and market data into actionable insights, enforces scalable and consistent sales processes, and evaluates marketing performance to improve funnel efficiency.

Partnering cross-functionally, this individual leads initiatives that optimize tools, workflows, and enablement programs to support revenue growth and operational excellence.

Essential Functions
  • Analyze sales, pipeline, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; deliver actionable insights to improve performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop, maintain, and standardize reporting and dashboards to track key sales and marketing KPIs.
  • Establish, document, and enforce sales process governance, ensuring consistent adoption of defined workflows, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead and support strategic sales enablement projects, including system enhancements, process optimization, and tool implementation.
  • Monitor data integrity within CRM and related systems; enforce standards and drive improvements in data quality.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support leadership decision-making and business planning.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Above average computer skills, highly proficient in Excel and Office 365, CRM, and other business systems software.
  • SQL skills required, programming preferred

Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role.
