Position Overview: This is an entry level position, hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

Pre-employment Requirements:

  • We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements:

  • Validation of high school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Duties & Requirements:

  • Must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Monitors discrepant invoices and pro-actively contacts vendors to reconcile pricing.
  • Works closely with vendor representatives to resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Constructs cost analysis spreadsheets to evaluate spending per vendor.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills required.
  • Must possess basic computer knowledge.
  • Experience with MS Excel strongly preferred.
  • Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions, and work independently.
  • Experience with basic accounting principles preferred but not required.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
