We are looking for a Business Analyst who will act as the key link between our business objectives and IT capabilities. The candidate will support the successful completion of analysis, development, testing, and deployment of software product features while ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and implemented.

Responsibilities

  • Define business analysis requirements and configuration specifications.
  • Perform quality assurance and assist in testing activities.
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements for business processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance system integrations.
  • Help design, document, and maintain system processes and workflows.
  • Identify common technical issues and provide recommendations to the product team.

Requirements and Skills
