You will be a part of the Application Development team, which includes 16 developers. We are a Microsoft shop, and our core technologies include OnBase, C#, and MS SQL. Developers in our department are involved in the complete System Development Lifecycle. We build and support applications for our internal users as well as our external customers (Medicare providers and suppliers).DescriptionLogistics: CGS –one of BlueCross BlueShield's South Carolina subsidiary companies.Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.Work Environment:Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.Position Purpose:Responsible for the development, creation, testing, and modification of computer systems or programs according to clear and complete specifications.What you’ll do:Work closely with analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Confer with team members to gain an understanding of necessary changes to system.Modify programs according to specifications. Code, compile, and implement application software that is delivered on time and within budget.
