This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to begin your journey in structural engineering, contributing to a wide range of projects in multiple sectors.
As a Structural EIT, you will work under the guidance of a licensed Engineer to design, analyze, and support the delivery of innovative structural solutions. Your responsibilities will include preparing calculations, reports, and design drawings; performing research related to project design; and assisting with cost estimates and quantity take-offs. You will also participate in field investigations to observe and verify construction, gaining valuable real-world experience. Along the way, you will leverage your strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients while growing your technical expertise in CAD and BIM applications.

Requirements:
We are seeking new graduates with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering with a structural concentration from an ABET-accredited institution. Candidates should have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE) by the start date. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is preferred. We value a strong work ethic, excellent analytical reasoning skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities for effectively managing communications with peers, colleagues, and clients. Additionally, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and able to obtain a security clearance.
