Job description

Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives

We're hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and public engagement programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in community outreach, nonprofit marketing, fundraising, events, and customer engagement.

No previous outreach experience is required. Paid training and professional development are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent nonprofit organizations and community initiatives at live events, outreach campaigns, and community programs
  • Engage directly with community members, donors, and event attendees
  • Educate the public about nonprofit missions, charitable programs, and fundraising campaigns
  • Conduct face-to-face community outreach and public engagement
  • Support donor acquisition, fundraising, and awareness campaigns
  • Assist with event setup, registration, promotional materials, and onsite activities
  • Build positive relationships with community members and campaign supporters
  • Collect feedback and share insights with team leaders
  • Track basic outreach activity and campaign results
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who are:

  • 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with the public
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Interested in nonprofit work, marketing, fundraising, events, or community engagement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, events, or marketing is a plus but not required.
