Entry level commercial real estate agents often face challenges such as building a client base from scratch, learning to navigate complex transactions, and understanding local market trends. Success in the first year typically relies on proactive networking, seeking mentorship from experienced colleagues, and dedicating time to ongoing market research. Many new agents join established teams or brokerages, which can provide valuable support, resources, and training to help them develop critical skills and establish credibility with clients.
