Environmental & Power Services Inc (EPS) has provided commercial HVAC service, maintenance, installation, and repair in the Washington, D.C. region for over 30 years. We specialize in maintaining and servicing commercial heating and air conditioning systems for offices, facilities, and businesses.


What You'll Do
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial air conditioning systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine system inspections
  • Complete service documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers and job sites
Systems & Equipment Experience

Technicians should have experience with:

  • Water source heat pumps
  • Rooftop units (RTUs)
  • VAV boxes and terminal units
  • Air handling units (AHUs)
  • Fan coil units
  • Condensers and associated controls
